Meet Aaron
Aaron is a dedicated public servant, community leader, and advocate for fiscal responsibility and transparency. He began his journey of giving back to his community at the young age of 16, volunteering as an umpire for local Little League games. Over the years, his passion for serving others has grown, leading him to take on leadership roles like President of Hampshire Little League (now Northwest Little League) and Assistant District Administrator for Little League District 13, which supports over 10 leagues across the region.

Aaron’s commitment to public service extends beyond youth sports. With 14 years of experience as an elected official, he has served his community as a member of the Hampshire Township Park District Board and as a Village of Hampshire Trustee. From expanding daycare and preschool programs to chairing committees focused on budgets, public services, and business development, Aaron’s leadership has made a lasting impact.
He believes in listening to all perspectives, fostering community engagement, and using resources responsibly to achieve meaningful and lasting results.
As a marketing leader in the tech industry and a proud graduate of Rockford University and the University of Illinois, Aaron combines innovative thinking with practical experience. A devoted husband and father, he is deeply rooted in the Hampshire community, where his extended family has lived and attended Hampshire schools for generations. Aaron is ready to bring his dedication and expertise to serve the District 300 community.
